Mercenary Program

The Time Rift Mercenary Program is a network of trained community volunteers dedicated to helping local game stores successfully run events, teach new players, and grow their local Time Rift scene. Through this program, participating stores gain access to passionate community members who actively support organized play and player outreach—allowing stores to host more events with less pressure on their staff.

Volunteer Event Organizers

Our Mercenaries serve as local event leaders who help organize and support Time Rift play in their communities. These volunteers assist with event coordination, player engagement, and maintaining a welcoming environment for both casual and competitive players.

Demo Leaders & Tournament Support Helping Stores

Stores do not need to run events alone. Mercenaries are trained to assist with:

Teaching new players through learn-to-play demonstrations
Supporting weekly leagues and casual play
Assisting with tournaments and competitive events
Helping coordinate regional qualifiers and larger events
This support allows stores to run organized play smoothly—even with limited in-store staff.
